Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Overview

Networking & Computer Associates LLC ("NCA," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of visitors to our public website. This policy explains information collected through the website and SMS/MMS customer communications, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you use the public contact form or otherwise contact NCA through this website, you may provide your name, email address, subject, message, and any other information you choose to include. Please do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card information, medical information, or other sensitive credentials through the general contact form.

SMS and MMS customer communications

With your agreement, NCA uses SMS and MMS text messages to communicate with existing customers about IT support and services they already receive from us. Messages may include support conversations, service updates, scheduling and a notice that an estimate you requested has been emailed to you, including an estimate sent through Intuit. We do not use SMS or MMS for marketing, advertising or unsolicited promotions.

You may agree to service-related texting verbally during an in-person conversation or another direct conversation with NCA. If you initiate a text conversation, we may reply about that request; initiating a conversation does not enroll you in unrelated or recurring messages. We request your agreement before initiating ongoing service notifications. Providing a telephone number or accepting website terms alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.

Messaging records may include your mobile number, message content and attachments, delivery information, and records of your consent and communication preferences. We use these records to respond to you, provide and document support, and honor your messaging choices. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or messaging opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your SMS/MMS opt-in or consent status for any purpose unrelated to providing this messaging service. Messaging platform providers, carriers and vendors that help deliver and operate the service may process the information needed for that purpose. Messaging records are retained under the data-retention practices below.

Texting is optional. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, telling NCA you no longer want text messages, or contacting info@nca-security.com or (937) 751-9308. We will honor your request and use another agreed communication method for your services. For help, reply HELP or contact NCA directly. Message frequency varies with your support and service needs; message and data rates may apply. See our SMS/MMS terms for additional details.

Technical and security information

Our web server and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, requested pages, and security events. The contact form also uses limited rate-control information to reduce abuse. The website uses local browser storage to remember your light/dark theme preference.

How we use information

  • Respond to questions, requests for service, and business inquiries.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website and related systems.
  • Maintain business records associated with communications and requested services.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect NCA, our customers, and our systems.

Service providers and third-party content

NCA may use service providers when necessary to host, secure, operate, or support the website and our business systems. The site also contains links to third-party websites and may display third-party content such as mapping or media services. Those third parties may process information under their own privacy policies, and NCA does not control their independent practices.

Data retention

We retain website communications and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide or document services, maintain security, meet business needs, and satisfy applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the communication or service relationship.

Data security

NCA uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information under our control. No website, email system, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so sensitive credentials should only be exchanged using an NCA-approved secure method.

Your choices and requests

You may contact NCA to ask about personal information you previously submitted through this website, or to request correction or deletion where appropriate and legally permitted. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual, accounting, or legal reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website and NCA services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
