Business technology, installed to work together
From the office closet
to the server room.
If your small or medium business needs work on computers, IT systems or related technology, NCA can help. We install the equipment, connections and supporting systems that keep your business working—from a firewall and switch on a closet shelf to redundant infrastructure for critical operations.
More than plugging in new equipment.
Business installations often cross several systems. We handle IT-related equipment and products together, considering the cabling, access, communications and building connections each one needs.
Computers, Software & Cloud
Install and configure business computers, applications and IT-related products. Coordinate software setup, cloud migrations and access with the way your employees use them.
Networks, Wi-Fi & Firewalls
Install switches, firewalls, wireless networks and connections between business systems. Work with the layout and connectivity needs of a single office or several locations.
Copper & Fiber Cabling
Pull and terminate copper or fiber cabling for your installation. Plan cable routes and connection points around the equipment, building layout and agreed project requirements.
Server Racks & Redundant Infrastructure
Install racks, servers and supporting infrastructure. Our experience extends to enterprise-level server rooms with built-in redundancies for critical infrastructure, including isolated grounding systems for environments affected by RF noise.
Phones & Backup Communications
Install business phone systems and supporting network connections. Include backup communications lines where the project calls for an additional way to stay connected.
RF Radio & Wireless Devices
Install and configure general RF radio systems and wireless devices alongside Wi-Fi networks. Consider coverage, interference and the connections these devices need in your business environment.
Cameras, Access & Detection
Install security cameras, access-control systems and detection sensors. Connect response notifications and agreed lockdown actions with the systems and people responsible for the building.
Panic Buttons & Response Workflows
Install panic buttons and systems supporting medical or police response arrangements. Define who receives an alert, how it is routed and what happens next; emergency-service and monitoring arrangements are confirmed as part of the project scope.
Building Automation
Install and connect building automation systems with the technology they depend on. Coordinate devices, controls and operating workflows so the installation serves the way the building is used.
Audio, Video & Public Address
Install conference-room and theater audio/video systems, along with building public-address systems. Bring presentation, sound and communications equipment into the wider installation plan.
Your goals first.
A clear plan for each stage.
Planning starts with you: what you currently use, what you want to do and what matters to your business. We present options and costs. Once you approve an option, we work through the details, timetable and milestones together.
Listen to what you use and what you want to do
We listen to understand your current systems, the way your people work and what you want to accomplish. Your goals guide the installation, whether you need a small equipment change or a larger infrastructure project.
Compare options and costs
We present options for meeting your goals, with their costs and the differences that matter to your business. We explain how each choice affects your systems and operations so you can select the approach that fits.
Approve your choice; NCA plans the details
Once you approve your preferred option, NCA handles the detailed installation planning. We work out the equipment, connections, configuration, site requirements, wireless coverage, RF interference considerations and responsibilities, with your input on business priorities and operating needs. You do not need to create a technical plan or manage the installation.
Set the timetable and stage milestones
NCA prepares the schedule and stage milestones, coordinating timing with your business needs. We explain what each completed stage should look like and organize site access, vendor dependencies and any planned service interruption with the relevant contacts.
Install in stages and reassess before moving on
NCA carries out the agreed installation, configuration and connections. At each planned review point, we compare the results with the expected milestone and reassess what is needed for the next phase. We explain any recommended adjustments and seek your approval when a change affects the agreed scope, cost or timetable.
Verify the agreed functions and handoff
NCA checks the completed installation against the agreed functions and intended use. We handle the agreed handoff, documentation and training, and explain the follow-up support arrangements. We coordinate alert and response testing with the responsible parties.
A Closet Shelf Or A Dedicated Server Room.
NCA has installed a firewall and switch on a closet shelf and built enterprise-level server rooms with redundancies for critical infrastructure. The right installation depends on the business and what it needs to keep working.
Our experience also spans copper and fiber cabling, server racks and servers, isolated grounding in RF-noisy environments, security and response systems, building automation, Wi-Fi, general RF radio systems and wireless devices, conference rooms, theaters, public address and backup communications.
Consider The Connections
Plan how equipment, cabling and supporting systems fit together.
Match The Infrastructure To The Need
Discuss resilience and redundancy around the operations that matter to your business.
Keep The People In The Plan
Coordinate access, service interruptions and system handoff with the people affected.
Your installation questions.
Is our project too small—or too involved?
Our experience ranges from a small closet-based network to redundant server-room infrastructure. Tell us what you need, and we will discuss a scope that fits your business.
Can you work with equipment and platforms we already use?
Yes. We start with your current environment and review the compatibility, access and vendor requirements for the installation. We can support third-party software and cloud platforms and help separate systems communicate through supported integrations.
Do you install and terminate the cabling too?
Yes. We pull and terminate copper and fiber cabling as part of the agreed installation. Cable routes, connection points and site requirements are planned around your equipment and building.
Do you work with wireless systems beyond Wi-Fi?
Yes. Alongside Wi-Fi, NCA works with general RF radio systems and wireless devices used in business environments. We review their coverage, connections and potential interference as part of the installation plan.
Will the installation interrupt our work?
That depends on the systems being changed. We discuss the expected impact, dependencies and scheduling before the work begins, so you can plan around any required interruption.
Can panic buttons and security systems support emergency response?
We install systems supporting medical or police response arrangements, detection notifications and agreed lockdown workflows. An installed button or sensor does not by itself establish monitoring or emergency dispatch. The project scope identifies alert recipients, routing, response arrangements and coordinated testing before the system is put into use.
Do we need a technical plan before contacting NCA?
No. Start by telling us what you want to accomplish and any timing or operating concerns. NCA asks the questions, reviews your existing environment and develops the options. After you approve a choice, we handle the detailed planning and coordination with your input.
Support beyond the installation.
