What we manage

All the moving parts.
One informed support team.

Our administration services encompass the IT management and maintenance tasks small and medium businesses need to keep operating. That includes the applications and services you already use, even when another vendor supplies or hosts them.

People & Access

User accounts, access permissions, onboarding and offboarding.

Devices & Networks

Workstations, networks and the systems supporting daily operations.

Applications & Cloud

Third-party business software, hosted applications and cloud platforms.

Platform Integration

Platform integration so separate systems can exchange information automatically and reduce repetitive employee work.

Maintenance & Support

Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and coordination across your technology environment.

Workflow Improvements

Review of workflows and options for more efficient use of your existing systems.

We discuss your environment and agree on the work required. Vendor capabilities, licensing and the administrative access available to us affect what can be changed.

Systems that communicate

Let information move.
Give time back to your team.

When separate systems do not communicate, employees often spend time copying information, entering the same data more than once or checking whether records match. NCA can assess integration options so supported platforms exchange information automatically.

We look at the workflow, available interfaces and the information each system needs. The goal is to reduce repetitive work and employee labor overhead while keeping the information useful to your business. What can be automated depends on the platforms and their supported connections.

Platform A
Employee Copies Information
Platform B

Manual workflow: a person moves information between separate systems. A supported integration can automate that exchange and help reduce employee labor overhead.

Getting started

We learn your business.
Not just your software.

Explore the steps from your first conversation to informed, ongoing support. Select a step to see what it involves.

Start a conversation
Understand your operations

We learn what your company does, which systems your staff use and where problems interrupt their work.

Arrange authorized access

You set up an administrative account for NCA in the platforms we will manage. We coordinate the access needed for the agreed work.

Learn the environment

We take time to become familiar with each platform and how your business uses it, including connections to other services.

Address problems and improvements

We investigate recurring issues and discuss changes to administration, workflows or the systems themselves.

Keep your support contacts informed

Our goal is for the NCA representatives supporting your company to stay current on your operations, applications and common issues, helping them reach a solution sooner.

An example from our work

Improve the environment
you already have.

Anonymous healthcare project · Ongoing

Connecting Support To An Existing Hosted Application

A healthcare business uses a third-party medical management application accessed through a separate hosting provider. NCA joined the existing environment, learned how the business uses it and identified problems affecting its operation.

We are rebuilding the arrangement with the goals of making it easier to use, quicker to manage and less costly to operate each month. This work is ongoing; these are project goals, not completed or measured results.

Easier Daily Use

A project goal: make the environment work better for its users.

Quicker Management

A project goal: simplify administration of the existing arrangement.

Lower Monthly Overhead

A project goal, with results to be assessed as work progresses.

Your questions

Different platforms.
A practical approach.

Select a question to explore how we approach unfamiliar systems, integrations and your first conversation.

Have you used our platform before?

We will answer honestly. Familiarity can help, but it is only part of supporting your business. With authorized administrative access and time to understand your use of a platform, we can assess how to support it and where improvements may help.

Will an unfamiliar platform take extra time or cost more?

Learning a new environment takes time, and the work depends on the platform, its documentation and the issues involved. We discuss that scope with you rather than promise that every system can be supported immediately or at no additional expense.

Do we have to replace what we already use?

No. We start by understanding your existing systems. We can advise on using them more efficiently or discuss alternatives if another solution would better fit your business operations.

Can our separate platforms communicate with each other?

We can review options for automatic information exchange between your systems. Supported integrations can reduce duplicate data entry and other manual tasks, helping your employees spend less time moving information between applications.

What should we have ready for the first conversation?

Bring a list of your main applications and providers, an approximate user and device count, and the problems your staff encounter most often. Administrative account setup can be coordinated afterward; do not send passwords through the contact form or a general inquiry.
