Security built around your business

Strengthen your business.

NCA starts with the systems, people and workflows you already have. We identify vulnerabilities, prioritize what needs attention and explain your options—including how each change will affect daily operations.

Across your IT environment

Protection that considers how you work.

Security reaches across your business technology. We work from your existing setup and needs, rather than require you to fit a single product or fixed package.

01

Networks, VPNs & Cloud Connections

Review how locations and services connect. NCA has set up multi-site VPNs and integrations between cloud platforms and local services, considering both protection and the access your employees need.

02

Accounts, Profiles & Access

Discover and organize user accounts, review profiles and provide profile audit reports. Understand who has access, how accounts are used and where account organization needs attention.

03

Remote Backups & Retained Records

Review remote backup arrangements, archiving and long-term audit log storage. Discuss which information must remain available and how retention fits your operating needs.

04

Employee Training & Cyber Awareness

Provide focused training on the systems employees use and the security concerns they encounter. Connect cyber awareness with the actual workflows and responsibilities in your company.

05

Audit Preparation & HIPAA Technical Support

Help healthcare organizations review technical safeguards, account access and audit log arrangements that support their HIPAA compliance efforts. Assist with technical documentation and third-party audit preparation within the agreed project scope.

06

Project Discovery & Purpose-Built Workflows

Investigate open projects and how their systems fit together. Design purpose-built workflow systems that consider security, employee tasks and the way your business operates.

A practical sequence

Start where you are. Decide what comes next.

A useful security plan makes the risks and tradeoffs understandable. You should know why a change matters and what it means for your employees before moving forward.

We recommend solutions that fit the problem and your operations. A change needs to work in practice, not simply look good on a checklist.
Understand your current setup

Learn which systems and services you use, how your people work and which operations your business depends on.

Identify vulnerabilities

Review the environment for weaknesses across systems, connections, accounts, records and employee workflows. Establish what needs investigation or improvement.

Prioritize the work

Organize the findings so you can see what needs attention first and how each concern relates to your business operations.

Compare options and their impacts

Explain ways to address the vulnerabilities, along with the workflow and operational impact of each option. Discuss the scope before choosing a path.

Put the agreed improvements into practice

Carry out the selected work and provide focused employee training where needed, so the improvements fit the way your company uses its technology.

Experience across business environments

Connected Systems Need A Connected Approach.

NCA’s work includes multi-site VPN setup, remote backups, cloud-to-local service integration, focused employee training and cyber awareness, third-party audits, archiving and long-term audit log storage.

We also provide technical assistance supporting healthcare organizations’ HIPAA compliance efforts, user account discovery and organization, profile audit reports, open-project discovery and purpose-built workflow systems.

Look Across The Whole Environment

Consider the connections between locations, local systems, cloud platforms and the people who use them.

Make The Decisions Clear

Turn findings into prioritized options with an explanation of how the work affects your business.

Keep Employees In The Picture

Include system training and cyber awareness alongside technical changes.

Before we start

Your security questions.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

We start with what you currently have. The findings guide the options: some concerns may call for configuration, account organization, training or better connections; others may call for a different solution. We explain how the options affect your work before you decide.

Can you support several locations and cloud services?

Yes. Our experience includes multi-site VPNs and integrations between cloud platforms and local services. We review how your locations and systems need to communicate as part of the assessment.

Can you help with audits and HIPAA concerns?

Yes. We provide technical assistance with safeguards, access management, account and profile reviews, audit logs and documentation that support your HIPAA compliance efforts. We can help prepare for a third-party audit within an agreed scope.

NCA does not provide legal advice, issue a HIPAA compliance certification or guarantee an audit outcome. We coordinate technical work with your designated privacy or compliance lead and legal counsel as needed. When a project involves protected health information, the scope and required Business Associate Agreements must be established before that work begins. These service boundaries do not limit NCA’s own applicable HIPAA obligations.

Will changes interrupt our employees’ work?

The impact depends on the change. We explain workflow and operational effects when presenting your options, and provide focused system training and cyber awareness where needed.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Tell us about your locations, main systems and cloud providers, current concerns, open projects and any audit needs. Start with an overview; do not send passwords, sensitive records or confidential audit findings through a general inquiry.
