Effective date: October 8, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to the public website operated by Networking & Computer Associates LLC ("NCA"). By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
Website content is provided for general information about NCA, technology topics, and available or planned services. Descriptions, availability, pricing, specifications, and other website information may change. A written proposal, quote, statement of work, service agreement, or other signed agreement controls the actual services provided to a customer and takes precedence over conflicting website content.
NCA’s advertised HIPAA assistance concerns technical safeguards, IT configuration, access management, audit logs, documentation and audit preparation within an agreed scope. It is not legal advice, a government-approved assessment or a certification that a customer complies with HIPAA. Technical work alone does not establish an organization’s overall compliance or guarantee an audit outcome. Customers should coordinate legal interpretation and organization-wide compliance decisions with their designated privacy or compliance lead and qualified legal counsel.
For work involving protected health information, the parties must establish the service scope and any required Business Associate Agreements before that work begins. NCA remains responsible for its own applicable legal and contractual obligations; these website terms do not waive or transfer those obligations to the customer. The applicable written service agreement and Business Associate Agreement govern the contracted work.
You may not use this website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or organization, violate applicable law, or submit content that is unlawful or intended to abuse NCA systems. Automated activity that materially disrupts the website may be blocked or rate limited.
Information submitted through the public contact form should be accurate and appropriate for a general business inquiry. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials through the public contact form. NCA may retain communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
Networking & Computer Associates LLC (NCA) offers optional SMS and MMS communications for existing customers who agree to receive them. Texts concern IT support and existing services, including support replies, service updates, scheduling, and notification that a requested estimate has been sent by email, including through Intuit. NCA does not send marketing, advertising or unsolicited promotional messages by SMS or MMS.
You may give permission verbally in person or during another direct conversation with NCA. If you text NCA first, we may reply about your request. Your initial message does not authorize unrelated or recurring notifications; we obtain your agreement before initiating ongoing service notifications. Consent to texting is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number, using the website or accepting these website terms does not by itself authorize text messages.
Message frequency varies according to your support requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Text delivery may be delayed or unavailable; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For urgent IT assistance, call (937) 751-9308 rather than rely on a text message.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or otherwise telling NCA that you no longer want texts. You may also contact info@nca-security.com or call (937) 751-9308. After an opt-out, you may receive a single confirmation; further service texts stop unless you agree to receive them again. Your services can continue through another agreed communication method. For messaging help, reply HELP or contact NCA by phone or email.
Do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card information, medical records or other sensitive information by SMS or MMS. Use an NCA-approved secure method when sensitive information is needed. Our SMS/MMS privacy section explains how messaging information and preferences are handled.
Unless otherwise identified, NCA website text, original graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NCA and may not be copied, republished, or redistributed in a way that suggests NCA endorsement or ownership by another party. Product names, trademarks, documentation, videos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
The website may link to Microsoft, manufacturers, vendors, social networks, mapping services, videos, support resources, and other third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not make NCA responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
NCA works to maintain the security and availability of the website, but Internet services can experience interruptions, defects, malicious activity, or other events outside our control. Access to particular pages or features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as the site develops.
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and its general informational content are provided "as is" and "as available." NCA does not warrant that every public article, external link, specification, or general technical explanation will be error-free, complete, or suitable for a specific environment. Customers should rely on their applicable written NCA service agreement or project documentation for contracted work.
To the extent permitted by law, NCA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general public website content or from temporary inability to access the public website. This website limitation does not replace or modify any rights, warranties, responsibilities, or remedies contained in a separate written agreement with NCA.
NCA may update these Terms of Use as the website and services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the public website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.
Questions about these Terms of Use may be sent to info@nca-security.com or through the contact page.
