Confirm The Agreement
Ask NCA to confirm the monthly price, covered users and devices, included work, exclusions and support arrangements in a written proposal. This page does not activate a subscription or establish a response-time commitment.
Support By The Incident
Regular support is $125/hour and emergency support is $250/hour. Both have a one-hour minimum per support incident. Ask how incident work relates to any proposed plan before choosing an arrangement.
